Monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

14-day money-back guarantee

• For any payment (first payment, renewal or one-time purchase) you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment. No reason is needed.
• Write to [email protected] with the email you bought with, or use the link in your receipt from our reseller.
• After a refund the licence for that payment ends.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund unused parts of a period after the 14 days, except where the law requires it.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
